Life then took her to the stunning island of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, where she became a sought-after independent stylist. Molly had the privilege of working alongside many talented colleagues.

For the past two years, Molly’s been soaking up the sun in San Diego. She's excited to bring her expertise on blonding, custom color, and "lived-in" looks to Sutter Salon! She is great at precision cuts but she’s also a master at crafting creative hairstyles.

She genuinely enjoys building connections with her clients and taking the time to understand their unique hair goals.

In her free time, she enjoys all things outdoors! You can find Molly adventuring with her daughter and her white Lab Mochi.

On a personal level, Jen has two wonderful rescue pups and an awesome wife that she adores! She is a pizza enthusiast and admittedly loves reality TV 🙂

Her color work focuses on sun-kissed balayage, dimensional highlights, and rich reds and coppers that make a statement while still feeling wearable.

Ava is all about connection. She creates a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and excited to see themselves in the mirror. Sutter is a proud LGBTQIA+ friendly space, and that inclusivity is something she deeply values in her work behind the chair.

Having lived all over Southern California, Bella has finally claimed San Diego as her forever home. She is a true social creature and a "professional yapper" who treats every appointment like a hangout session. Her goal is to create a genuine bond with everyone who sits in her chair, making sure you leave not just looking great, but feeling like you’ve spent the afternoon with a friend.

When she isn't at the salon, you’ll find Bella exploring every corner of San Diego. Whether she’s discovering a new local gem or spending quality time with her friends and family, she loves soaking up everything this city has to offer!

One of Roman’s favorite parts of being a hairstylist is building genuine connections with his clients. From great conversations and plenty of laughs to creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for, his goal is to make every appointment feel like time well spent.

When he’s not behind the chair, you’ll find him exploring his love of fashion, traveling, attending concerts, staying active, and discovering great food—whether that’s trying a new restaurant or cooking at home.

Originally from Vermont, Abby trained at the Aveda Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she built the foundation for her career and love of hair. She believes great hair should not only look beautiful when you leave the salon, but continue to grow out naturally and stay healthy between appointments.

Known for her warm, easygoing approach, Abby takes the time to understand each client's goals and create a look that's both flattering and easy to maintain. Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh or a dramatic transformation, her focus is always on delivering personalized results you'll love.

When she's not behind the chair, you'll usually find her spending time with her two dogs, working in her garden, or exploring San Diego's newest restaurants. She loves finding inspiration in the little things and she brings that same creativity, care, and appreciation into every appointment.
